The only reason Kennedy gave for siding with the baker was because Colorado was openly hostile to him and his faith. Every honest commentator recognized that all that meant was that they could turn around and do the exact same thing all over again, but this time with no open animus, and the baker would lose.

Can everyone see how this case was intentionally crafted? They are openly flaunting the fact that they picked him and targeted him with the most egregious requests they could conceive of, specifically because they knew he would decline, and they would get to have a second run at him.
I find it interesting that the same side that claims asking "where are you from?" to anyone who looks like an "ethnic minority" is a "microagression" that is offensive and should be controlled... Is also trying to claim that asking someone to bake a cake with Satan licking a black dildo is somehow not offensive and that person should be forced legally to accept it.

Hypocrisy thy name is progressivism.
