It's all shady down in the lower backyard, it's like a park down there, and it backs on to an actual park which is wooded, so it seemlessly ties in, the upper backyard is like a big backyard, deck, patio, gardens, the whole shebang, the lower backyard is more rustic, although I do mow down there, I don't let it get overgrown or anything, there's a lower patio down there as well, where we can just kick back amongst the red and green maples, mhmm.

Dog piss is a lot harder on grass than human.
I'm gonna conduct a mythbusters investigation on this.
Also look up different stools as fertilizer. Cats and dogs are no good. Horses and humans are useful.

The watering bill is the financial achilles heel of any good lawn. Which is why the dirt lawn is becoming more and more popular among new homebuyers. Personally I think it looks just as good.

I don't actually have a lawn at the front of the house, it's a landscaped garden in the front, with a maple in the middle as a center piece, then it's lawn, gardens and more trees in the back, the upper backyard is lawn and gardens, then it dops off into a lower yard which is filled with trees, a big pine tree in the center, then red and green maples mixed with birch down the hill.
What kind of sod?
Not sure, my wife mostly handles gardening while I mostly handle lawns and trees and construction, but the gardens have the red cedar mulch all around and through them, and there's stone terracing, and there's fields of stone pebbles as well, shrubbery, what have you, so it's not just one big garden, it's landscaped.

Prison yard? No thanks, I like the greenery and the shade, if I want the blazing sunshine, I'll just go up on my deck.

Not to mention investment, I mean, Auschwitz has more curb appeal than that.

As for watering, this property came with an underground sprinkler system, but I rarely ever use it, I have rain barrels set up, fed off the roof and the deck, I just snap the hose into the bottom and let the water trickle downhill, does the job for the most part.

Auschwitz had a pool. And a slide, straight into little gas chambers.

So to sum up...

He appointed a good right wing judge to the supreme court and....

He has made enemies with in the intelligence community that are endlessly throwing minnows to the army of barking and clapping lefty seals in the media, compromising national integrity on the world stage.

So how many stars out of 5 for this performance so far.
