His Brexit party has no leverage in the EU parliament, being a member of one of the smallest EUP factions. Most of the immigration-skeptic EU parties in Europe, are not EU-exiter-parties. It's not like the most "europhile" parties are also the most immigrant-friendly. Doesn't work like that.

Farage isn't a member of any British political party that currently holds power in domestic British politics, as in the British parliament. His political influence has for the last several years been centered in Brussels as part of his UKIP party, now turned into the Brexit party.
