Sorry, that is a strong BS feeling there...PartyOf5 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 13, 2020 7:40 amThat's what I thought. They said the survey was anonymous, but that shouldn't change the legality of asking employees those kinds of questions.

We received an email from our Diversity and Inclusion committee yesterday (an actual work sponsored thing) about celebrating Indigenous People's Day. This comes on top of of recent bias awareness classes we were required to attend. Oh, and the required survey that asked things like "What is your religion?" and "Do you know if POC are making less money than non-POC for the same position at your work?".
It won't be long before people are being taken away for wrong think.
Say yes - tell them your white boss makes three times as much as POCs or the diversity inclusion officer does.

In other news, African governments anrt white enough...
Holly fucking shit - who would have thought that a Northern European country would have a majority white government? I know, it’s surprising - racist Swedes treating the country like it’s their ancestral homeland or something.
This shit is going to backfire spectacularly.

Ever since COVID became a thing, our company has sent out weekly emails detailing the cases in various slides.
Well, this week comes the latest set of slides...comparing positive case trend between states won by Clinton or Trump in 2016. important to note (but not mentioned in the email) is that this compares positive test rates, not deaths. What they do make sure to mention is that Trump states have a much higher count of positive cases recently. The Trump states are trending higher.
They also fail to mention that some states like WI and MI are run by Democrat Governors, yet have spiking case rates.
Without directly coming out and saying it they are saying that Trump's COVID policy is bad, using this one-dimensional analysis to make their point, right before the election.
