Targeting the Upper Middle Class
https://www.bloomberg.com/opinion/artic ... inequality
Elites through media are saying, dont look at the Billionaires, it's the greedy people that make $120k a year that cause inequality.
It seems to me that upper middle class is the goal of most American families. A place where they can have a decent home, retirement and pass on a little wealth to the kids. But these assholes want to snuff that out.

Re: Dark Days Ahead
I see this accusation against the upper middle class as having several benefits to the modern Robber Barons, and that's what they are.
First, it creates a villain that's not the Robber Barons. Secondly, the upper middle class can afford to be very independent, more so than the rest of the working class. The Robber Barons hate independent people.
Hate the couple that worked their way up through the system, paid off their home, cars and put away enough money for a comfortable retirement. Hate the Kulak.

The bourgeoisie are always the immediate scapegoats because they’re your neighbors and cause the most personal resentment.

Re: Dark Days Ahead
Right
Money.com says us upper middle class $75-120k, while others say it's up to $200k. Which in real terms means you could mortgage up to a 500k home. The median home price is nearly 350k right now.
Add all this together and upper middle class can afford a median home.
Which is pretty fucking sad

Working class claptrap is a rhetorical tool used to rally midwits into fighting for their own oppression.

And upper-middle-class is $75-$120 in the southern states, in the majority of north-eastern states, that's barely getting by.
