Wait what? What civilians of NK do we have as prisoners?
Either assassinate fat kid, or quarantine that shit. Killing civilians (weirdly) is not the answer.

Unfortunately, Cheeto God decided to strike a sweet development deal instead, in return for letting that psychopath continue torturing his people to death. Dos apartments doh.
WTF! Congrats on turning Seoul into a parking lot. You say killing civilians isn't the answer but your suggestions would kill a fuck ton of civilians.

NK is the mentally handicapped kid in class, there is no way to hit this kid and have you come off looking in the right. Your only responsibility is to mitigate the damage done to others.
I cannot believe that there are enough diehards in the upper leadership to actually commit mass suicide like that when he turns up dead. The elite norks actually do leave the country and get western educations. The God-Child thing is only for the starving masses.

I think they'd fall to infighting for control, and mass defections would be rolling across the DMZ within an hour. The problem is that we can't really know, without a large network on the inside. I suspect they're another paper tiger like the soviets.

Or hell, just evacuate Seoul for a week.
WTF? Evacuate Seoul for a week? It would take that long to evacuate the place. 10 million people in 27000 per square mile.

As long as we are talking about a boardgame and not real fucking life.

LULZ. It would take much much much longer than a week to evacuate Seoul. So much longer that it would take someone utterly ignorant of real life and logistics to even kid around about it. The whole notion is a fucking joke; even as a joke.

I see now the source of the idea; so sorry Seoul.

Couldn't they theoretical build massive bunkers? I know WWII Germany got pretty efficient at evacuating to bomb shelters. Russia still drills in such manner. Probably not perfect but maybe better than moving an entire metropolis. Of course this would probably take insane amounts of money nobody has but I've seen rumour on the internet that Worst Korea and China do in fact have a massive rainy day fund for when Best Korea inevitably collapses.

Seoul is just incredibly fragile. That doesn't make it different than most every other city in 2017. Metropolitan fragility is totally different today than 75-100 years ago, you see that, right?

Bless your lucky stars tomorrow morning when you go to some Houston area McDonalds for a dollar biscuit or burrito. It is truly a miracle that you can do that instead of running for your fucking life and hiding behind a rock instead.

I'm stocked up on ramen and Vienna sausages. I'm going to live like a king while the city burns.

Edit: I guess it'll be the same actually. Just no beer.... oh god

Viennas are fire. What brand do you all get over there? You have Dollar General right? Some onions and mustard with viennies done the right way in bacon grease and some white bread are a great meal. (I'm not kidding around on this one.)

Armour. I haven't done the math to see if a 2.76 6 pack at Walmart is cheaper than a .76 can at the dollar store yet. I just throw them in the noodles and supplement with a .74 can of v8 from the 99 cent store. I don't eat much anyway. We get dollar general but 99 cent store is bigger, marginally better. Most of the food from either is poison including the noodles and Vienna sausage.

Skewered on a green twig over an open fire, slightly burnt on the outside. Broth warmed in the can on the embers.

Roasted might be the way to go for the ones slathered in "hot sauce" or whatever it is. Haven't found a good way to eat those yet. Smokey is great in soup.
