South Africa is a resource rich country with a good education system compared with other African states. The potential is to become a first world country with a high standard of living. Corruption and tribalism stand in the way.

Who established that education system? They aren't the most resource rich African nation, is corruption and tribalism keeping countries like Niger down too?

What if what they are is their potential? Could that be a possibility?

Average IQ is the primary determining factor, but also genetic adaptations for non-tribal cultures. Sudan, who was the equivalent of 90 in human years, was the last surviving male of the rarer variety after the natural death of a second male in late 2014.

The subspecies' population in Uganda, Central African Republic, Sudan and Chad was largely wiped out during the poaching crisis of the 1970s and 1980s. Poaching was fuelled by demand for rhino horn for use in traditional Chinese medicine, and for dagger handles in Yemen.

Why was there a poaching crisis in the 70s and the 80s? Because the white man left Africa.





To help fight poaching today they cut off rhino's horns. But hornless rhinos are still killed by poachers because they do not want to waste time tracking it again.
