Bundy's are looking pretty good now....... 2 more wins for them

A federal judge rejected prosecutors’ request to reconsider her dismissal of the case against Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, his two sons and friend Ryan Payne.
U.S. District Judge Gloria M. Navarro dismissed conspiracy charges against the four men on Jan. 8 after finding that prosecutors had acted “with prejudice” throughout the trial, The Oregonian reported. Federal prosecutors violated federal law and failed to share evidence favorable to the defendant’s case with the court. (RELATED: Bundy Case Dismissed, Judge Orders Rancher Released)
“The Court’s finding of outrageous government conduct was not in error,” Navarro wrote in her 11-page ruling, obtained by The Oregonian. “On the contrary, a universal sense of justice was violated by the Government’s failure to provide evidence that is potentially exculpatory.”

Hammonds Pardoned by President Trump
According to the Trump administration, federal prosecutors who challenged the Hammonds’ original sentence filed “an overzealous appeal” that resulted in full five-year sentences.
“This was unjust,” the White House said in its statement.
As of this month, Dwight Hammond has served two years and eight months in prison and 31 months of supervised release. His son has served three years and three months in prison and two years of supervised release.

And one of them is running for Governor here in Nevada. He pretty much already has all of rural Nevada locked up. If he can just win the hearts of city folks he will own this state for a while.

Yep. He doesn't even have to campaign in rural areas. He'll probably lose most the government employee votes, and there are a lot in a state that's 90% + Federally owned. He needs to be spending some time in Vegas with working class folks. Needs to run on getting Federal Lands turned over to the State of Nevada and opening access to the people of Nevada.

If he won, It would be a great middle finger to the BLM.

It would bankrupt the state. Most of those Western States are not very habitable without extensive corporate and federal subsidies. This is how they were built in the first place.

Nah, State of Nevada would also be put in charge of their own Natural Resources again.

Good luck, dude.

I have been all over Nevada.

It is mostly uninhabitable without extensive investment by business and government.

It could support some ranchers. That's about it.
