He may have a point here. wouldn't the libertarian (conservative) ideal be to allow a 'free market' of your data, without restriction by government? If not, does that make you more of a Constitutionalist? But then, the Supreme Court (interpreters of the Constitution) appears to be against you, so... what's that leave?
