Congress needs to haul the Director of the CIA in for questioning, and separate team needs to go to the CIA and investigate what going on with their survelliance.

Snowden dumped it in your lap years ago. I recall a large number of us plugging our ears and screaming "TRAITOR", rather than taking it seriously....
