The genius of this is how he is showing the human suffering that results from these policies made by the members of Congress. These people are suffering mightily. The people who lost their children to criminal immigrants, the woman who lost her husband fighting ISIS. I really don't think many of them have ever really confronted the human costs of their decisions.
