Still to early to speculate but it definitely isn't.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Clearly it's an accident due to poor health and safety standards. Some of the explosions are speculated to be gas bottles from food stalls. Tacos may be held responsible.
