Three Connecticut high school track and field athletes have filed a federal discrimination complaint against a statewide policy on transgender athletes, saying it has cost them top finishes in competitions and possibly college scholarships.
Suing based on "bigotry" is a sure fire way to get into top schools.
“We never got anywhere with the CIAC,” Stanescu said Tuesday in an interview with The Courant. “The genders are segregated for a reason. They might as well just say women don’t exist as a category."
“As a human being — not as Andraya’s (transgender female) father — it’s disappointing that, in 2019, we’re still debating who gets to participate and who doesn’t," Yearwood’s father, Rahsaan, told The Courant on Tuesday. "You would hope we’d gotten to a place in 300-plus years as a country that we’re not debating who should be included, and who should not be. There is no place for exclusion.”

Their language choices are so funny, though. This chick wants us to pretend she is a man but she still tries to use pathos and manipulative language like a woman does.
Nobody is saying a transgender female is excluded. They are saying that little shit needs to compete with other biological males. If he can only win races against girls, then he should try another avenue to seek scholarships.
I wish I could win a single God damned MMA fight against real fighters, but that isn't going to happen. I am not going to pretend to be a woman just to choke out some females and get a trophy for it.
“I have faced discrimination in every aspect of my life and I no longer want to remain silent,” said Bloomfield High track and field standout Terry Miller, one of the two transgender athletes cited in the complaint. “I am a girl and I am a runner. I participate in athletics just like my peers to excel, find community and meaning in my life. It is both unfair and painful that my victories have to be attacked and my hard work ignored.”
I heard a local politician on the radio actually say he is for this - that means there's enough people out there who believe it as well.
I really think it's time we part ways in this country - we are so far apart - we're just like a couple who will get divorced but drags it out 10 yrs for the kids.
