The system does seem beyond repair. I blame it on the Aristocracy but I'm sure the aristocracy-supporters blame it on The People. (What the fuckin' people want healthcare for anyway, fuck them.)

Trump to visit Israel, Saudi Arabia during 1st trip abroad – official
Donald Trump’s first foreign trip as US president will include Israel, the Vatican and Saudi Arabia, a senior administration official said on Thursday. Trump will also attend a NATO meeting in Brussels on May 25 and the Group of Seven summit in Sicily on May 26, the official said. Politico first reported the trip. (Reuters)

He's actually going to the Vatican first. Said it today while signing a new executive order
