Re: Coronavirus thread
We are all still remembering when arguments were between two people who generally wanted the same thing but differed on how to achieve it. That only works in a homogenous society. Back-in-the-day, we mixed a little socialism with a lot of Capitalism, a little authoritarianism with a lot of freedom, a little feminism with a lot of traditional family values but in our now diverse society, there's entire groups of people who want things that are opposite of what we want. There is no mixture of Marxism and liberty, period; there is no mixture of racism and not seeing race; there is no mixture of freedom and slavery. The other side wants you dead: it can't wait for you to die out or move. I'm talking about both sides here: I'm glad the FMWs aren't having kids; I'm glad they keep themselves to the cities. The difference is, I don't hate my opponents so much I will lie to them, cheat them, gaslight them, etc., but THEY WILL.
Plus, lots of mental illness out there now: no way to be rational in a mostly irrational world.

I am done getting COVID shots. Somewhat surprisingly, my wife is also done with them. I find it very telling that despite rolling out the vaccine mandate early on, our companies have been suspiciously quiet on any further mandates for boosters. I am convinced that people in certain circles have data showing that the shot is more dangerous than the virus.
Today we have insurrections at the Capitol screaming my body my choice, but not about forced shots. Yes, forced. If you threaten my job among other things that is force. They were perfectly fine ruining people's lives over COVID, but now act like abortion along with gay rights, civil rights, etc.. will all be eliminated.

Beginning the fall of 2020, there were 153 institutes, including Ventavia, that assisted Pfizer’s vaccine clinical trial. Per Ventavia’s website, the company is the largest private clinical research company in Texas. Jackson found out the management of the clinical trial in the company was not organized. She reported this to the administrative level of the company, but received no response from the company. Then she reported this to the FDA.
However, after she emailed the FDA, she was fired that same afternoon. Jackson said this was the first time she was fired from her job in her 20-year career.
Finally, she contacted the international well-known journal–BMJ. She exposed 3 major issues she observed in Ventavia for Pfizer’s vaccine clinical trial.
- Falsifying the data
- Early unblinding of the trial, affecting the accuracy of the results
- Very slow to respond to adverse events, and not paying attention to the safety of participants

“We recognize that the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine still has a role in the current pandemic response in the United States and across the global community,” said Peter Marks, director of the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research. “Our action reflects our updated analysis of the risk of TTS following administration of this vaccine and limits the use of the vaccine to certain individuals.”
TTS refers to thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome, a rare form of blood clotting.

Not quite. They’re promoting their own high-priced pill without saying its name.C-Mag wrote: ↑Fri May 06, 2022 10:18 amPfizer is running TV ads recommending people take ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, Z-Pak, and fluvoxamine if they get COVID

Cardiovascular adverse conditions are caused by coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) infections and reported as side-effects of the COVID-19 vaccines. Enriching current vaccine safety surveillance systems with additional data sources may improve the understanding of COVID-19 vaccine safety. Using a unique dataset from Israel National Emergency Medical Services (EMS) from 2019 to 2021, the study aims to evaluate the association between the volume of cardiac arrest and acute coronary syndrome EMS calls in the 16–39-year-old population with potential factors including COVID-19 infection and vaccination rates. An increase of over 25% was detected in both call types during January–May 2021, compared with the years 2019–2020. Using Negative Binomial regression models, the weekly emergency call counts were significantly associated with the rates of 1st and 2nd vaccine doses administered to this age group but were not with COVID-19 infection rates. While not establishing causal relationships, the findings raise concerns regarding vaccine-induced undetected severe cardiovascular side-effects and underscore the already established causal relationship between vaccines and myocarditis, a frequent cause of unexpected cardiac arrest in young individuals. Surveillance of potential vaccine side-effects and COVID-19 outcomes should incorporate EMS and other health data to identify public health trends (e.g., increased in EMS calls), and promptly investigate potential underlying causes.
