We need to find a way to discuss this rationally. How Police engage Civilians is a problem in the US. The feelings on Race are obviously a problem. We need to attempt to reconcile these issues.

Will we ever be able to have a rational debate based on the facts? I'm not sure.
I only think it can happen with more face to face communication. With the millennials running things I don't know how that's going to happen

Gen X and late Boomers are running things right now, we'll have to wait 10 - 20 years before the millennial insanity hits us in full force.

They will be alone, though. We are seeing a peak in this cycle because millinneals and their boomer parents form a huge bloc of voters and can dominate institutions like universities and Google. When they get our age, there will be a Gen X / Gen Y peak.

They already can, they are old enough to do so... they just choose to be violent instead. Millennials are between the 1990s to 2000's. Oldest is 27 years old, two years past the age of being old enough to be a congressperson.

So no, I stand by my stance, they are old enough to fuck things up and are already doing so.
