The surveillance of everything is out of control, that's true. But seems the issue is taken only when it's appropriate for other things.

This is what a lot of people were already assuming. The FISA warrant was what made the listening legal and they never actual bugged Trump but one of his ex-campaign advisors. Unless someone comes out and said that they actually bugged Trump then there is still no merit to what Trump tweeted about Obama illegally spying on him.

Their private assessment contradicts President Donald Trump's allegations that former Obama national security adviser Susan Rice broke the law by requesting the "unmasking" of US individuals' identities. Trump had claimed the matter was a "massive story."

First of all Trump is absolutely 100% right on this, arguing against it is to parse semantics. And I will give you 2 other absolutely true statements.
1. You are being spied on electronically by our government
2. I am being spied on electronically by our government.

So Trump was right from the get go. The Intel community is out of control and its propaganda wing, the MSM, is covering for them now.

Your argument is purely partisan political hackery. Spying on Trump follows a pretty standard pattern for the BHO administration. BHO spied on Germany and Congress too. When they start to get caught on shit, they send out Susan 'It's about a video' Rice.

I think it's justified to look into him, especially if he has a chance of handling confidential information etc. No reason for a public outcry... that the FBI got the FISA approval.
