Why do you think the Vietnamese were such ferocious fighters? Did they just get a lot of practice with the French? Also how much did all of our bombing raids, Agent Orange, strategic hamlets etc have on their morale? Was there a point where we nearly defeated them in Vietnam? Did the Cambodian bombing implemented by Nix/Kis actually have a positive effect?


I realize you have little to no interest in podcasting, but if you ever made a podcast on the history of Vietname, giving a breakdown of the strategies, weapons, foreign and domestic politics etc, I'd listen to that shit in a heartbeat. I'd pay money for it in fact.

I think America was winning, the problem was the academics and liberal media.

The North Vietnamese relied on Hanoi Dan to win the war for them.

1965 to 1967 was nothing, America could have kept fighting, it was McGovernism what brought Westy down.

The liberal media and associated academics have written the narrative, because they won.

America was actually winning militarily, and the North Vietnamese were at the point of cracking.

Just as Asshippie McGovernism became ascendant and undermined America's inevitable victory.

America came so close, but just fumbled the ball on the goal line.

Should have just told the public it was a big war for all the marbles, then they would have been psyched up for it.
