Re: Europe Boring Until it's Not
Is it like Sweden where even speaking out or complaining about it can ruin your life, and people who do so only do so in total anonymity and fear for their livelihoods?
It also seems to be highly localized. The Muslim colonists are smart in that they colonize specific neighborhoods, drive the whites out, and then start with that sharia crap on the streets to keep whites away. You probably have to consciously want to walk into the little caliphate areas to experience it.

When any critique of immigration, islam, or rapefugees is a hate crime, and will result in going to jail, no, you wouldn't expect them to argue much. Monty will proudly defend the laws that make it illegal to criticize the policies that unleashed this violence on his own people.
bye bye

Based Geert the Clog Man looks to be finishing a very strong second. I don't know what this means because there are so many parties. I think the rest will form a coalition against him even if he pulls it out for the win.

You have no idea what a hate crime is do you?Okeefenokee wrote:GrumpyCatFace wrote:Don't you think that Brits themselves would be besieging their Parliament, if they were suddenly under Sharia law?Okeefenokee wrote:

https://www.gov.uk/report-hate-crime
Where in that list is criticising government policies?
Crimes committed against someone because of their disability, gender-identity, race, religion or belief, or sexual orientation are hate crimes and should be reported to the police.
Hate crimes can include:
threatening behaviour
assault
robbery
damage to property
inciting others to commit hate crimes
harassment
Here is a fuller description if you want to educate yourself
https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/law-a ... ate-crime/
So this statement is total bollocksWhen hate incidents become criminal offences they are known as hate crimes. A criminal offence is something which breaks the law of the land.
Any criminal offence can be a hate crime if it was carried out because of hostility or prejudice based on disability, race, religion, transgender identity or sexual orientation.
When something is classed as a hate crime, the judge can impose a tougher sentence on the offender under the Criminal Justice Act 2003.
Incidents which are based on other personal characteristics, such as age and belonging to an alternative subculture, are not considered to be hate crimes under the law. You can still report these, but they will not be prosecuted specifically as hate crimes by the police and the Crown Prosecution Service.
Here are examples of hate crimes:
assaults
criminal damage
harassment
murder
sexual assault
theft
fraud
burglary
hate mail (Malicious Communications Act 1988)
causing harassment, alarm or distress (Public Order Act 1988).
You are fast becoming a non thinking zealot and it is embarrassing. When any critique of immigration, islam, or rapefugees is a hate crime, and will result in going to jail
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Monty's deflecting from his stance in opposition to free speech. Must have lost his nerve somewhere along the way.

Re: Europe Boring Until it's Not
Last election Hizb ut Tahrir and other radical, ultra-reactionary, caliphato-philic Islamic groups stood outside polling stations shouting to other Muslims that going to vote was un-Islamic. We've had two of our Muslim MP's (A Conservative and a Socialist People's Party MP) threatened with violence and death by people calling them traitors to Islam. There is a big problem among resident Muslims of imposed self-censorship through fear of violent repurcussion. Not because they're in the minority and the ultra-orthodox or outright caliphatist Muslims outnumber them, but because the latter is more organized, more vocal and of course.... more willing to use violence to police "their own".
A Muslim author and public figure, Mohammed Rafiq, who has campaigned against forced marriage (usually to spouses brought in from the parent's home country) has been repeatedly intimidated and his sister assaulted and beat in the street with a metal pipe. A Muslim Social Democratic councilman outright said that he steers away from vocal criticism of the more radical Muslims in the country - he still recieves death threats simply for being a "traitor to Islam" by participating in Danish democracy and accepting Danish values.
No reports of any patrols, though. Probably because they simply don't need any. Fear is a powerful weapon.
The problem of radicalized or simply orthodox Muslims threatening the more integrated ones - those who have lived here for decades, is exacerbated by the introduction of Muslim 1st generation, recent arrivals from very conservatively religious parts of the Islamic world. European countries should seek to prevent the groups of Muslim immigrants and their descendents who came here decades ago and have had some success in cultural integration, from being outnumbered by recent arrivals from countries with a more backwards, less religiously and civil rights tolerant, culture.

Re: Europe Boring Until it's Not
I'm dutch and the PVV the party of Geert Wilders will probably be the second largest party with 20 zetels (seats) in the country but only just. Yesterday he was second with two other parties D66 with 19 zetels and CDA also 19 zetels. But he won't rule in government if there are other possibilties for a Meerderheidskabinet (majority coalition cabinet) the largest party the VVD who currently has 33 Zetels of the 150 won't form a coalition with the PVV. The reason given by Mark Rutte the party leader of the VVD and prime minister of the netherlands was the withdrawl of the outside support of the PVV for the Cabinet-Rutte I VDD-CDA coalition cabinet in 2012.TheReal_ND wrote:Based Geert the Clog Man looks to be finishing a very strong second. Damn. I had really hoped the Dutch would be saved from multiculturalism.
