Smoke dope and protect illegal immigrants from deportation; not a right, the constitution says you're not actually within your rights there.
Now, because you refuse to acknowledge that distinction, and rather place your feelz above the rule of law, that's where I would say your ideological opponents would be reasonable in determining this to be an intractable impasse, at which point, you leave the way open for a mandate to defeat you by whatever means necessary, up to and including force.
