Tough nut all the way around. State sanctioned doping is pretty bad. Still sucks, though. Russia is a Winter staple. I don't know what my call would be.

I think that is a reasonable compromise for the clean athletes who should not be made to suffer for the actions of drug cheats supported by the Russian Olympic authorities.
