A challenge which you fled like a mangy cur with Tail tucked firmly between your legs.
The record stands.

I appreciate your desire to vacate the thread ASAP tho. Completely understandable given your position.
You girls are precious.

If that guy was breaking into your house, and when you were trying to make your citizens arrest, he reached for it like that? Second time after you gave him fair waning not to?

I think you would be acquitted frankly, particularly if he was black.

Actually, if he was black, I doubt you would even be charged in the first place.

Describe to me why the cop is not within his rights to use force in self defense, reasonably fearing for his life, when a reportedly armed suspect reaches for it the second time, after being specifically warned not to, on pain of being shot.

Because its only through the office's professional errors that the suspect was allowed to regain a position of being a threat.

No it wasn't, he specifically told the guy not to reach behind his back again, otherwise he would be shot, there's no error, the direction was clear, and the suspect acknowledged it.

Knocking down a Friday pint or two of IPA. Give it an hour, Fife - you may have a chance.
