Re: Mass Shooting at Texas Church
Anyone have any statistics on the amount of mass shootings over the years?
I really don't think mass shootings/terrorism are worth the attention they get in the media, but it does seem like the number of mass shootings are going up, even though gun violence in general is going down.
I just hope the western media will get their act together soon, and stop showing pictures of the mass shooters, turning them into heroes for other psychopaths. And they should be way more careful about releasing the details and tactics the various mass shooters used.
Mass shooters read the news too, and they can probably learn from other mass shootings how to do it "better" than the last one, if the media releases every tiny detail of the event.

Lolz - of course the MSM won't stop...they love this shit....if it bleeds it leads....there's no professional responsibility in journalism anymore...moreover, the more they whip up the proles in to a frenzy, the better their odds of repealing the 2nd amendment....

Yup. But the media is also pretty hypocritical when it comes to what to publish and not;Zlaxer wrote: Lolz - of course the MSM won't stop...they love this shit....if it bleeds it leads....there's no professional responsibility in journalism anymore...moreover, the more they whip up the proles in to a frenzy, the better their odds of repealing the 2nd amendment....
For example, if I wrote a little blog publishing methods to make acetone peroxide, picric acid, or mercury fulminate, the cops would be all on my ass, and the media would sure as hell not republish the methods, citing public safety as a reason. Yet, they will go into the tiniest detail about the tactics of whatever mass shooting.

We can already see the left losing their shit in this forum. I suspect it's only going to get worse until the MSM can bury this story like they did the Tennessee shooter, or the various BLM terrorists, etc. Here we have yet another deranged democrat. He was a militant atheist. Hated God. Hated Christians. Fired up on all the far-left rhetoric and finally decided to act out on it. The worst part for them is that he was stopped by a civilian with his own rifle.
This story is getting buried as soon as possible.
They know they can't push their narrative with it, and they sure as shit know that the time is coming when Americans have had enough of their violent rhetoric and destructive ideology.
Maybe we do need strict gun control -- for democrats.

At the least the celebs have taken a break from raping each other to chime in on the common sense solutions to fixing our deteriorating society

I wonder if we would see reductions in gun crime if we enforced a strict no-gun-ownership law for anybody who voted democrat in the past ten years.
