Same here, except in deep red Tennessee . . . and the same with certainty with several million other people.nmoore63 wrote:I, for one, didn't vote for Trump because Washington State did not matter, and so voting for someone else not them was the best action as I saw it, and still do see it. (no I didn't vote for Johnson/Weld because fuck Bill Weld). I would have voted for Trump if it had been a popular vote.

I think CS 270 - Poking The Bear was the last really good one he did, back in Feb 2014, it lead to one of the best threads ever on the DCF. After that though he really did kind of run out of ideas.heydaralon wrote:Around what episode did you personally see a drop in quality?doc_loliday wrote:I think you have your answer then.

I voted for Trump because it was symbolic in CA.Fife wrote:Same here, except in deep red Tennessee . . . and the same with certainty with several million other people.nmoore63 wrote:I, for one, didn't vote for Trump because Washington State did not matter, and so voting for someone else not them was the best action as I saw it, and still do see it. However, I was surprised to see that my whole town when broken up into districts either ended up red or split

Re: CS 317 Shades of Grey
It seems pretty clear to me that Trump's election really threw Dan for a loop. He wanted an independent, but got one he cannot trust. He was looking for reform, but to him it does not appear that reform is really what Trump is offering. I'm not sure he fully understands the forces that Trump rode to power and are sustaining his presidency. And I'm not sure he has really attempted to understand who Trump is or the forces are arrayed against his presidency.
