Let's let some federal juries out in Nevada continue to make some more calls.
All we need is for Beauregard to get some fucking lead in his pencil.

That’s right, he was demoted for his violations of the law, not led away in handcuffs.
Taking his place will be Dayle Elieson, a Texas federal prosecutor.
Last year, Sessions heaped praise on Steven Myhre and his prosecution of the Bundy Ranch defendants.

1/8/18:

A federal judge dismissed felony conspiracy and weapons charges Monday against Bunkerville rancher Cliven Bundy, two of his sons and an independent militia member.
U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro, who granted a mistrial in the case last month, said Monday’s decision was based, in part, on “flagrant prosecutorial misconduct.”
“A universal sense of justice has been violated,” Navarro said.
Bundy stepped out of jail-issued clothing for the first time in nearly two years, donning a cowboy hat, a blue button-down shirt, a gray sport coat, bluejeans and brown boots. He left the federal courthouse in downtown Las Vegas with his arm around his wife, Carol.
“I’ve got my sweetheart beside me. I’m feeling pretty good. But I’m not used to being free. I’ve been a political prisoner for right about 700 days today,” he said. “I come in this court an innocent man, and I’m going to leave an innocent man.”

What Navarro objected to withholding most, as reported by Arizona Republic:
Records about surveillance at the Bundy ranch;
Maps about government surveillance;
Records about the presence of government snipers;
FBI logs about activity at the ranch in the days leading up to standoff;
Law-enforcement assessments dating to 2012 that found the Bundys posed no threat;
Internal affairs reports about misconduct by Bureau of Land Management agents.
"Failure to turn over such evidence violates due process," Navarro said last month. "A fair trial at this point is impossible."
Former Acting Nevada U.S. Attorney Steven Myhre, leading the prosecution, wrote all the above off as either inadvertent or insignificant error, not malfeasance, on the government's part.

Re: Bundy's making news again.
The Bundy's now exonerated and rested after a couple years as innocent political prisoners are going on the offensive against the State of Nevada and the Federalis with a little 10th Amendment action going on.
Bundy's have filed three civil lawsuits in the span of two weeks, the family has launched a legal offensive against both state and federal authorities on the basis of challenging the public-lands policy in Nevada, according to The Washington Times.
Bundy’s lawsuit, filed on January 26, delves deeper into the grazing rights dispute when he asked the court to declare that federal public lands — namely the 85 percent within Nevada’s borders — belong to the state.

Western Liberty Folks putting out a documentary on Extra Constitutional Land Grabs by the Feds
Basically all the sneaky ways the Feds have in the past and continue to use courts to deprive states and their citizens of land and acces without due process. This is what the Bundy's stood up to the Feds about and won on.
