These are FBI agents communicating on the job on Federally owned communication devices. They have no expectation of privacy. They are however required to meet a fairly high standard for communications. This is in no way a 4th Amendment issue.

So, you're worried about FBI agents, on FBI phones, getting outed for being biased shitheads and plotting an 'Insurance Policy' should Trump get elected. But your not worried about the conspiracy in the FBI to overturn a US election ?
