Cannibalism is the natural activity of partisans who enjoy the exclusivity of a pure ideology more than collaborating with people who have different views for mutual benefit. It will continue on both sides as long as some sort of plenary ideology is celebrated over compromise.

If you give Milo a pass for saying something you would condemn when somebody on the left does it, then you are a hypocrite.

You can't excuse what Milo said and then criticize the left for defending people like Roman Polanski or Lena Dunham. You cannot criticize Salon for running a pro-pedo column for years now. If you attempt to do so, then you make yourself a hypocrite.

Breitbart's business is exposing the left on these issues. I don't see how they can excuse what Milo said and then criticize the left for defending this exact same thing.

And people who call themselves conservatives who then criticize this from the outside are just crazy as well. Simon and Schuster just took a stand on conservative values. edit: it's so twisted if Milo was abused as a kid and now gets slandered about this. As someone that was abused he became more likely to become a pedophile abuser himself and spread that evil. It looks like he managed to overcome what happened and took repeated stands against pedos (take a look at the three he mentions in the response post) and now he is being taken down for being even slightly connected to the issue even though he was the victim.

It isn't about whether or not Milo was abused when he was 13. This is about the indisputable fact that Milo defended pederasty in the homosexual community. You cannot with a straight face deny that he defended it.

The problem all of us who oppose what the left has become have to face is that there will always exist this double standard. The marxists and their degenerate allies will never be held accountable and they will always get away with hypocrisy while you will never get away with it. If you start defending pederasty now -- and that's exactly what you do when you excuse those comments -- then you will forever lose the battle against their own degeneracy.

You will always have to clear a high bar when confronting their moral rot and lack of decency, and they will never have any bar to clear at all. But to remove the bar for yourself in some vain attempt to level the playing field only makes you one of them. Removing that bar is literally to accept the degeneracy of the left.
