We sell the exact same thing here and I'm sure it's the same thing. It's the same thing as the sheds that every big block hardware store sells but lately they have been introducing lines that look like tiny homes. Fucking amazing price they want over there for it. Reminds me of the lucrative business some Americans get into selling used RV's to Australians.

Well obviously it's the plot you are paying for not the shed.
There's a massive market for Aussie campervans in London too. Great way to see Europe on the cheap.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Yeah after i posted that i realized that people are being sold these based on urban real estate but it seems to shady. Like someone has a parking lot and rents it out downtown but it could easily end as soon as the municipality decides to get involved or they sell it all.

Imagine if you broke up a parking garage in a city like a condo situation but for parking spots, where people own there own parking spots and pay a monthly association fee for building upkeep.

I bet you could get tens of thousands of dollars for a single parking spot in Chicago's Loop. Then you make money by running the property management and collecting dues.

I think this is an important step we must take in order to achieve the efficiency of a hive city necessary to support the production of Titans on forge worlds. I also find it ironic how Houston has no zoning laws and also the most up to date infrastructure in the nation. The lolbs know something.

I don't think there's anything wrong with it. It's a crazy amount of money for 24 years lease on a shed though.
Can't put a high enough price on prestige.. :ugeek: If proper stock like to dwell in toolsheds or snort mummy dust, then toolsheds and mummy dust is prestigous.

Elites can be almost charmingly stupid, sometimes. It reminds me of how some kids, when losing a game, will simply make up new rules on the spot and declare they "actually" won.

My condolences.

Lots of places in the US you can get 150 acres for that amount of money.

Yeah, our urban East Coast cities have similar great deals.
