So my wife has Omnicron... PFFFT Bwhahahah.... god this is funny. It's nothing more than a bad cold. No loss of taste, smell, etc. Lethargic, coughing, etc...

Which pretty much means I got it and my son got it too. I have shown no signs of it except an irritated throat, and my son has not shown any signs at all except a runny nose (which we can't tell if it's allergies or the rona.)

If this is what the great political machine is screaming bloody murder over, they need to be thrown out with the nose swabs after it has been tested...

My daughter and son in law got it this weak too. COVID is a whimpy disease. Nothing to fear if you don't have one foot in the grave already. I'll channel my inner AJ now, It's all an Op to get the needle in your arm.

My wife is actually upset at me because she has what we would consider a nasty cold, while I have barely a sniffle and a light cough...

I shrug my shoulders and say I have a good immune system, she said "You swam in raw sewage growing up, immunity has nothing to do with it."

Which is true, I swam in a drainage pond growing up, I swam in it and caught turtles, etc from there.

I'm not saying that the older Gen-X generation had it better than most, but I remember a time before the internet or mobile phones were a thing... so I played outside until it was dark out, and didn't come home until you heard the dinner bell.

I guess I was lucky... and nearly immune to COVID as it stands now... which makes me laugh. People on my FB page are panicking over this and I'm like "koff koff" ok, now what?
