So I missed that the 6th circuit court upheld Biden's vaccine mandate back on December 17th. My company sent out an email with the requirements. Bring fully work from home it won't affect me, but it still pisses me off. I want an employer who stands up for my rights as a human being, not one that just meekly complies to government overreach.

The Supreme Court is supposed to hear arguments on the 7th, and won't put the stay back into affect until after they hear oral arguments. The 6th Circuit was 3 women who voted 2-1, with the two being Bush and Obama while the one being Trump. Their reasoning being that vaccination is an important step in combating the pandemic, and that Congress have OSHA the power to regulate, as if that means OSHA has carte blanche to do whatever they want.
