I had lunch with a HS classmate who is now a State legislator (D).

I told her I was a Classic Liberal, she thought we were allies. She extolled the virtues of Progressivism. I asked her about how she felt about the Progressive history of Eugenics.

She got excited, that wasnt Progressives

Anyway it was back and forth, all mixed up because of the destruction of all these terms. Shes a politician claiming to be something she doesn't understand.

Consider how futile I feel: I clearly articulate the battle, propose a defensive & offensive strategy, post far and wide taking on the most evil people, have books, podcasts, this forum, all focused on letting people know I’m out there, repeatedly run for high profile political office, take stands no one else is willing to; and the result is... Nothing. Not more than 2% of the electorate gives a flying fuck, and instead follows the lead of nincompoops & do-nothings. It’s disheartening to say the least yet I’m still out there trying.

It's been 14 years of interacting with avatars, never really knowing the people behind them.
I've come up with a lot of nicknames for a lot of characters.
