In an actual shooting war, half the Europeans, led by countries like Sweden, would duck and cover and leave the Americans holding the bag, NATO is basically three of Five Eyes, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada, everybody else is optional, and as soon as the fur started to fly, you'd see it all fly apart with the Western Europeans sheltering in place, and the Anglosphere bypassing them all the way to the new NATO 1st Army headquaters on the Vistula in Warsaw, SACEUR to the forward CP, no surrender monkeys to be seen anywhere round him.

And the Russians well know it, which is why they don't give a shit about the Surrender Monkey contingent, they're only worried about Five Eyes, and its newest bestest proxy, Poland.

Poland is the new master race. It's sad to see the Germans turn into cucks and get eradicated by Muslims, but oh well.

NATO 1st Army would be like; two American Corps, a British-Canadian-Benelux Corps, and two Polish Corps, and that would be about it.

Basically everybody who was willing to chop to SACEUR no questions asked.

Mind you, that could kick some serious ass, air dominance FTW.

Btw, one should remember that the Russo-Georgian war basically happened as an extension of Kavkaz-2008 excersize. Quite logical, first train, then go for it.

So the excersizes will commence as follows:
Zapad-2017 the 14th - 20th of September 2017
Aurora 2017 the 11th - 29th September 2017

The US is deploying Patriot SAMs to Sweden during the excersize.

Now of course the Norwegians would be onside, but that's NORTHAG, that's a front unto itself, so Norwegians, USMC, XVIII Corps, and more British and Canadian Amphib/SOF.

But French, Germans, Italians, Spanish, Portuguese, Greeks, and Turks? Yeah, ah, no, they'd take a pass and shelter in place.

Five Eyes, Benelux, Poland, and Norway, that's all there is in NATO which would be willing to chop to SACEUR no questions asked, so that's all NATO really is, come the fur actually flying.
