Just curious, are the great lakes still a viable route for shipping? What would it take to make them so?
Looks like there is some action going on.

I think theres still active ports in the Great Lakes. Certainly not WWII traffic though.

It's pretty wild that Houston is busier than ever, and other poerts cant do shit.

The only reason the St. Lawerence and Mississippi may not be able to be used may be due to ships today needing deeper waters. If they can make it up the St. Lawerence to the Great Lakes the ports should be deep enough, but the river itself may not be. With the Mississippi even if the river is deep enough the ports most likely would not be.

Long term, unfortunately, I do not see this changing much as to what happens on the west coast. Once they decide to open up again going through those ports are just too convenient. On the east coast, though, this could cause a huge shift away from the northern ports to more southern ports like Jacksonville and may revitalize New Orleans. Shipping companies do not like disruptions, and will prefer a destination that they can trust to be more consistent. If they can't get that from the northeast, they will start going to the southeast.

That is arguable the most difficult business to get into. The amount of up front cost is ridiculous.

THE HAGUE
New evidence showing harmfulness of Corona vaccinations presented to International Criminal Court
An independent Dutch Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry set up in 2020, has new evidence it presented to the International Criminal Court in The Hague about the harmfulness of the Corona vaccinations.

Not a lot of details, but governments are definitely trying to suppress any dangers.
