I really don't understand the right's obsession with abortion, notably Ben Shapiro. It's all just virtue signaling nonsense as far as I'm concerned. Coming out against dead babies doesn't seem particularly brave to me either. For the party that will more-than-likely pride themselves on making the tough decisions in life, stretching the limits of morality to accomplish what must be done, doing the difficult tasks that no one else wants to do, they sure do seem to act like little bitches when it comes down to ending one "life" for the sake of another
The left is obsessed too. It only took them a day to switch from children in cages to muh abortion rights after the Kennedy announcement.

I really figured they would switch back to gun control after those journalists were shot the other day but that seems to have died down

Only because it was a shotgun and a vendetta. An AR-15 would have incited the "machine gun ban" party.

They are going to burn down cities because some states will outlaw baby murder. Watch. This is what the left actually is.

I just don't know how authentic Shapiro is. He seems to have shifting and conflicting opinions, I'm not sure what the guy believes. I think he's mostly an establishment/neocon hack...………………………… though he makes good points now and then.

Shapiro is straight neocohen. Like Krauthammer, he's a good guy, so easy to like.

But if he had his way in the last primaries, America would be murdered by Clinton for good.

There exists much hope for him since he very clearly sees the degeneracy for what it is.

And he's admitted many times that he was wrong.

He was with me, all about Cruz in the primaries. Neocon is a dead term, PNAC is gone, "as he died to make men holy, let us die to make men free." Nobody wants. In the general he himself was never Trump because until a few hours ago Trump wasnt a conservative, he didn't begrudge anyone elses choice. On election night he laughed to the point of crying tears of joy. He revelled in the salty tears of the left. For SCOTUS, he's doctrinaire conservative. Comparing him to Krauthammer is shortsighted at best, at worst it is antisemitic. Not that the comparison is bad, it just falls short.

You don't legalize murder just because you can't stop all the murderers.
And yet some murders are morally justified. Same with some abortions. We can go tit for tat on this obviously complex issue but eventually we're going to have to meet in the middle somewhere. I think it needs to be regulated in some capacity and shouldn't be left to what I imagine are the horrors of the abortion black market. That doesn't mean I want Abortions'r'us to replace Toys'r'us. At a certain point, forcing women by law to carry their unwanted body parasites seems a little authoritarian, imo.
