“Today’s resolution vote was a sham put forward by Democrats to avoid condemning one of their own and denouncing vile anti-Semitism.
“While I stand whole heartedly against discrimination outlined in this resolution, the language before the House today did not address the issue that is front and center.
“Rep. Omar’s comments were wrong and she has proven multiple times that she embodies a vile, hate-filled, anti-Semitic, anti-Israel bigotry. She deserves to be rebuked, by name, and removed from the House Foreign Affairs Committee so that there is no mistake about the values and priorities that the House stands for.
“For Democratic leadership to kowtow to their radical members and refuse to offer legislative language that criticizes Rep. Omar’s statements in the strongest possible manner confirms what we already knew: that their party is controlled by far-left extremists who can’t even muster the courage to stand up to blatant anti-Semitism.
“This is a sad day for the House and Democrats’ lack of action is fully responsible for bringing us to this unfortunate moment.”
The resolution condemns anti-Semitism as "hateful expressions of intolerance that are contradictory to the values" of Americans, and it condemns "anti-Muslim discrimination and bigotry against minorities as contrary to the values of the United States."
It also lists examples of anti-Semitism, including "blaming Jews as Jews when things go wrong," and rebuts slurs such as "Jews control the United States Government or seek global, political and financial domination;" "Jews are obsessed with money;" and citizens who are Jewish are "more loyal to Israel or to the Jewish community than to the interests of their own nations."
The official language of the resolution changed throughout Thursday while it was circulated to members by Democratic Reps. Jamie Raskin of Maryland and Cedric Richmond of Louisiana, who urged their fellow Democrats to join them by voting for the motion "condemning anti-Semitism and anti-Muslim bigotry as forms of racism and prejudice antithetical to the values and aspirations of the American people."
All you have to do is watch US politicians from both parties and government officials speeches given at AIPAC and other Jewish/Israeli special interest events and compare their love for Israel to their lack of willingness to show that kind of support for Americans and US policy.
Democrats and Republicans will fight 24/7 over US border security but will race one another to see who is the biggest and best ass kisser of Jewish/Israeli/Zionist special interest.
Guess it’s time for all the self respecting Jews to leave the Democrats. Also, time for all the minorities who are enjoying record-low unemployment numbers to leave. Plus all the Latinos benefiting from tighter border security tilting immigration back in favor of those who do so legally. At this rate, the Democrats will soon be exclusively the party of angry white lesbians.

If they have Israeli citizenship, take money from the Israel8 government, and accuse anybody who questions that of antisemitism, then maybe they should go to Israel?

Who exactly does Chuck Schumer serve?
Where is it said money is coming from the Israeli govt? The whole point of AIPAC is to get American Jews to fund the Israeli lobbying. Lobbying by foreign govt's is illegal unless they're properly registered as foreign agents.
We are only accustomed to dealing with like twenty online personas at a time so when we only have about ten people some people have to be strawmanned in order to advance our same relative go nowhere nonsense positions. -TheReal_ND
