Ceding enormous swaths of the continent to nature because there isn't enough rain is dumb. We have the technology to get water where we want it to go, we just lack the political will.
We have the technology to do a lot of stupid things.
SJWs are a natural consequence of corporatism.

Every city requires the modification of nature to sustain itself. It turns out nobody wants to go back to the hunter gather lifestyle.

This wasn't uncommon in the desert of Sacramento before the dams were put in place.

Tulare lake was the largest fresh water lake west of the Mississippi until the dams were put in place.

California is not devoid of water, we just need to manage what we have for human consumption. We had a good run thanks to the efforts of our grandparent's generation, but we need to build a modern infrastructure.

Homeless urine doesn’t count as water.

Reminds me of the pee scene in water world. I bet CA would go for that.

Don't worry, Brown has your back. It's going to be a 55 gallon limit a day per household, unless you have a pool, and then you can use as much as you want.
Why are all the Gods such vicious cunts? Where's the God of tits and wine?
