Age and citizenship. Oh yeah, and definitely lowering the barriers for dead people, although they are probably already registered. Don't want to suppress the dead vote though, we need strong protections in place against that.

To be fair, outside of Lord of the Flies, I don't recall many historical examples of people letting actual children run the show.
