Even after being found guilty of aggravated shitposting, he is still shitposting and presumably will continue to do so until the police kick down his door to shove him in a cell.

Here a fat soy-filled faggot is railing against free speech and demanding that these hate speech laws be enforced more often, but in slightly different ways.

It's all well and good that Count Dankula thinks he has a clearly delineated right to free speech as with the First Amendment, but he doesn't actually, the right to free speech in the UK is under the common law and always has been, and the 1727 precedent of the King's Peace has been in place the whole time, and the only clearly delineated charter the UK has is the European Human Rights Code since 1998, which of course allows for obscenity laws, so nowhere is it written that he actually has the right which he is asserting in the United Kingdom, nor has there ever been such a right in the United Kingdom.

He's framing it as some draconian "fascist" paradigm which has just recently descended on the United Kingdom, but it's been like this all along, he's just new, the King's Peace is nothing new.

UK law does not recognize the caveat "shitposting", anything broadcasted, which is determined likely to stir up trouble; breach of the (King's) peace.

It's like if he brought an AK-47 into the UK and they arrested him, and he said "what about my Second Amendment rights?!"

I think my favourite UK law has got be the Treason Felony Act of 1848, which states that to; compass, invent, devise, intend, or even imagine the overthrow of the Crown, is treason, punishable by life imprisonment.
