What if the POV video/audio had been a regular citizen's actions and not a cop's actions? Assume the citizen was in the right to intially investigate the same reported threat to protect himself. What's the difference between the two scenarios?
Imagine the POV was Joe Dirt aiming and AR-15 down a hotel hallway because he decided to respond to a SWAT call about a random gun-waver? Well - to play your absurd little game I imagine Joe Dirt would be put before a jury of his peers on murder charges. Kinda like the cop.
And after that they might charge him with impersonating an officer.
And then they might charge him with pointing guns at people in hotel hallways.
And then they might charge him with trespass.
And then they might charge him with ... you know what? This whole exercise is kinda silly and pointless.
