True, I owe you some responses especially in my promised accurate, to me, explanation of the changes of our political parties.
It's also true, at least to me, that you are being gratuitous in your insults.
So why are you being so insulting?
Either you all condone his behaviour or you are frightened to challenge it.
Makes me want to give up sometimes but then I've let him win so I will continue to challenge it.....

See, you say that, but this is straight-up clever:Montegriffo wrote:You know what, I'm just not going to bother reading anything you post any more. You have nothing to add to any discussion except insults and infantile taunts.

Well that's the thing, on one hand he talks about wanting peace and on the other he talks about escalating the war on terror.Montegriffo wrote: So, no engaging the world with peace for Monte, got it .

Trump's been talking plenty of peace with civilized nations. He talked tough, and made promises about winning the global war on terror that are a bit much for my liking. But throughout his campaign he has said he wants to do away with some of the toxic policies of the US over the 20th Century. Like regime change and nation building.
Now, you're not opposed to that are you ?

That's the first thing I thought.clubgop wrote:You just described the Obama administration.Montegriffo wrote: Reads like meaningless psycho-babble to me. Campaign slogan with no details, Trump's forte. The time for campaign slogans is over.
Trump just seems to ramble on without being able to keep on point or answer direct questions without some narcissistic comment about what a "tremendous" job he's doing and then diverting to the "unfair" media.
He's got to come up with some substance or he is going to be crucified by the media or the IC he seems intent on making his enemies.
Monte, you say he has to come up with some substance. Have you read his executive orders? How about making cabinet picks and transitioning from the fires Obama left behind on his way out? That is substance. You may not like it or agree with it, but there is no reality you can twist that makes "he hasn't done anything of substance" a true statement.

Re: What has the media done now?
No matter how much you want peace, sometimes war is necessary in order to keep your freedom. You are conflating two separate things here: the relationship with Russia and ISIS. In the case of Russia, peace is possible at this point. With ISIS you have a group whose sole mission is to wipe us off the face of the earth. Taking them out is the better option than letting them continue to terrorize and murder us. They will not be appeased until we are all dead.Montegriffo wrote: Well that's the thing, on one hand he talks about wanting peace and on the other he talks about escalating the war on terror.

I know you are capable of making that distinction. Take your partisan banner waving out of it for a minute and it will be clearer.

It is not the strength, or weakness, of your, or his, arguments. It's all the insults.clubgop wrote:A little more than a week and you surrender like the bitch that you are.
