The reason there's no sign-ups for this forum is because it's under constant attack and I got tired of clearing out all the ones that got through. However, if even 1 in 100 of the phony sign-ups was real, I would have kept it up, but there were never any real sign-ups. No one joins forums anymore even after I pitched it over-and-over to people who I thought would.

Yeah, i have tried turning a couple people on to it I thought would enjoy it, but no one has taken it up yet.

I wasn't knocking the forum, i was just pointing out that the whole talk of Private versus Face Book is mute once you hit a certain threshold of hits.

I know you're a supporter. I wish there were more and the fact that there aren't is one of the data points I use to determine that our side is feebly small.

Yeah, the 3 or 4 that I did get to join ran off with their tail between their legs. I didn't try to get them to come back: most people aren't made for serious debate.

Also, it was during Trump time and my friends (the few remaining) were Trump supporters and tired of endless TDS. Unfortunately, TDS was running wild on the forum at the time.
