I just received a flyer in my work mailbox to go to a workshop on "Implicit Bias"...Thank God Its not mandatory...yet.

What dystopic bullshit. They really want to punish you for being ethnically European. And the "they" in this scenario rather ironically are of course mostly Europeans themselves. What a fucked up purity spiral.

It has to be that these people have so much self loathing and bitterness in their soul they want to inflict punishment on proclaimed perpetrators. They like Peterson often state, have a complex where compassion and altruism are just mask really in order for them to become the distributor of vindictive "justice".

It almost seems that some are convinced that the only way to assure that others (and maybe even themselves) stay on a virtuous path is that they be convinced that they have committed an original sin, are unworthy and must "behave" in order to redeem themselves...

It's an old schema that seems to keep coming around...
