Arkansas Sen. Tom Cotton said Sunday that he has not seen evidence that the Obama administration wiretapped Donald Trump or Trump Tower during the campaign.

"I've seen no evidence of the allegations we've seen in the media. Whether that's a potential application or denial of the application, or a submission of the application or surveillance," Cotton said on "Fox News Sunday." "It doesn't mean that none of these things have happened, just means I haven't seen them yet. I would not want to speculate about media reports based on anonymous sources.

"I would prefer to deal with facts," said the first-term Republican, a member of the Select Committee on Intelligence.

Well, for one Sessions is being accused of committing perjury during his confirmation hearings, Flynn has been accused of treason (by talking to the Russians prior to re-joining the government) and also lying to the VP, etc... And the big deal here is if Trump either order/planned and/or somehow influence the Russians to hack the DNC and then use the info they got to get himself elected then that is election fraud and also conspiracy to commit a crime (he will become a participate in the crime of hacking)-as well as any possible members of his campaign team as well...

Sen. Chris Coons, Delaware Democrat, on Sunday walked back his bombshell declaration about transcripts showing Russia-Trump collusion, saying he had no proof such documents exist and apologizing for any “hyperventilating.”

“I have no hard evidence of collusion,” Mr. Coons told “Fox News Sunday.”

The Trump Administration has issued a new executive order on immigration. As expected, the second order removes some of the most controversial provisions of the first order and tightens the language. Iraq has been dropped from the list of countries subject to the 90 day ban. However, there will be additional security of Iraqi nationals. That would leave Iran, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen, Syria and Libya. The permanent ban on entry of Syrians has been removed. There is still a limit on all refugees to 50,000 — a 50 percent cut. Current VISA holders and permanent residents are exempted. Notably, this travel ban will be implemented on March 16 and the order will be dated to run from the date of the original executive order ... Finally, the preferential treatment afforded to religious minorities has been removed.

The new order removes the edges from the rather casual drafting of the first order. ... The rollout with the Secretary of State, Homeland Security Security, and the Attorney General shows a significant change in the level of professionalism from the more improvisational effort of the original order. It was a surprisingly sharp learning curve but the A-Team appears to have shown up to defend this order.
