This whole "ZOMG somebody meddled in our election!" meme, is not a good look for America, you're basically saying that some foreigner can throw up a couple memes on Twitter, and America is going to spiral into the fetal position and collapse into disorder, which, is silly. You're saying that America is weak and vulnerable to the slightest breeze, which is not actually true, so why you Americans would want to project this "we're weak as a kittens" meme to the rest of the world, is beyond me, even if you are a liberal trying to come up with excuses for Hillary Clinton, you're just embarassing yourselves, dragging the Eagle with you as you go. I contend that they are no longer America. They are a handful of cities and very small minority of the people outside of those cities. They are their own thing now. They don't even believe in American values anymore. They hate everything about America. It's a mistake to consider them Americans just as it was once a mistake to consider Bostonians truly British citizens when the values of the two people diverged to such an extent that conflict was inevitable.

Really just look at it objectively. What about progressives comports to American values in any way? They don't even like America.
