I dont' remember. Any discussion of Webb was pretty short. Everything was drowned out by Literally Hitler and Hillary collapsing.
I'd like the Dems to get smart and take another look at him, but I doubt they will.

I've been watching Jim Webb since he announced for POTUS, didn't know who he was before then. I went to his website and starting reading some of his articles he wrote. He's smart, he can see how things developed and sees many of the institutional problems in the US.
Then watched Webb just get railroaded and marginalized by the press in the debates. He saw the lay of the land early and hung it up. Then to my disappointment he went radio silence until after the election. Which is a class act. Now, he is starting to speak up a little. Democrats, if you want back in power. Here's your guy. This guy would have a very serious chance in 2018 against Trump. Don't double down on stupid and push him aside like you did in '16.

The only non-bullshit answer, so of course, he does not walk the Orthodox Democrat line (gotta be fighting NRA, coal, wall street, etc.), and since he signaled that we will not worship at the orthodox democrat shrine, he had to be destroyed.
