Answer my question. I already showed why it should’ve been thrown out, explain to me why it should not have. If it’s unconstitutional prove it.

As far as I can tell there is nothing they stated shows that it was unconstitutional the only grounds they use was it they forced the state to fix the jails. There is absolutely nothing the courts had the right to do, especially this. They knew it was going to take two legislative cycles to pass the law. Instead they bypassed the legislative and went straight to ruling at the bench.

There is no reason why the courts could not have let the law go through the proper channels instead of forcing something that they knew was illegal.

And yes telling the legislative branch to pass a law which would take between 3 to 6 years and 180 days is illegal.

TC - this is not hard - Courts makes decisions based on precedent (case law) and/or Statutes. In the absence of those, judges can pretty much do what they want as long as they don't run afoul of the constitution. If the people don't like a ruling - they need to get their legislators to over rule it....which means passing a new law and/or altering the corresponding constitution.
