I would agree with this.
Trump made the one thing nobody is talking: he put faith back into the theatre called the "primaries" and the idea that voters can mold the parties.
In an multiparty system you know the the rule: a voter can decide what party to vote for, but what the party itself decides to go on is totally decided by the leadership of that party. And in reality isn't at all decided democratically. Yet Trump's election and the following upheaval in the GOP lines showed that changes can happen. Likely it restored confindence, whereas the DNC with it's superdelegates...

Judiciary Committee aide told Fox News late Thursday that the Justice Department had “not yet” complied with the March 22 subpoena issued by committee chairman Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-Va. The aide added that the committee was “working with officials at DOJ to take immediate steps to comply with the subpoena and produce documents to the Committee.”
A Justice Department official confirmed to Fox News that the department was “in ongoing communication with Chairman Goodlatte.”
