I've just been google earthing the farm. You can go back through the different images over time. There's one of the Greenpeace fair which used to happen here and it's amazing how many cars there are parked up. We used to get over 3000 people turn up for that one. There's also a picture of drum camp and one of my juggling convention. I can zoom in on my old truck.
I can lose hours playing with google earth.
I went back to the little village in Leicestershire where I lived when I was about 5 to see how much it had changed. I was pleasantly surprised to see it hadn't changed much although our old house had new windows and no longer had the woodwork painted in that orange which was popular in the '70s.
I was expecting to see loads of new houses and the village green all built over but it was pretty much how I remembered it.

Houses are so big in America. We live in tiny houses unless we are very rich.
Don't get many with pools either but that has more to do with the climate than anything.
