I don’t use earphones unless I’m at the office. I just walk about, surrounded by sea shanties, or whatever flavor of music I enjoy that day.Smitty-48 wrote: ↑Fri Apr 09, 2021 12:44 pmI can't use earphones, I have tinnitus from being in the infantry, I soaked up too much gunfire & explosion noiseSuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Fri Apr 09, 2021 12:39 pmUs moderns do that on our phone with Spotify. I basically volunteer, like generating content for Marty Hash, or sorting Capps out so he can get a girlfriend

my wife's firm is not even forcing people back, they've calculated that remote work is making them money
they are talking about reducing their offices down to an executive center with a skeleton crew

Sadly, our CEO is more ‘old school’. she normally has to fly all over for meetings, America Europe & Asia
with the shutdown, they just moved most of those meetings to Zoom, and lo & behold, it worked fine like that
my wife actually attends meetings now while she walks the dog in the woods, that's why she likes smartphones
