You sure it's "morality police" (a fictional law enforcement agency) and not simply "morality" (the distinction between right and wrong) which bores you to tears?

No such thing as "universal morality", only societal mores. There's been societies where just about anything horrid you can think of has been normal and approved. Incest, cannibalism, communism, you name it. The belief in a universal morality unites the right and left, even if they believe in different things.

As for the actual subject, I suspect the reason we have so little actual data is the potential career suicide of trying to study racial intelligence. Without data all we have is battling confirmation biases.

Personally, I would not be surprised if this all turns out to be epigenetic, heritable not necessarily from your parents genes but from their experiences. I don't buy the "100% nurture" argument. Anyone who has kids knows so much of their brains are hardwired from birth. My son gravitated towards certain kids as a toddler, every one of them that we have stayed in touch with turned out to be wicked smart, like >1400 SAT smart. Kids he was less interested in being friends with (even if we pushed him), less smart. So even among similar socioeconomic families, there are detectable differences even under 3.

I think most (professional grade) studies account for those types of factors.

I see those patterns line up too. It's hard to ignore, and I believe not wise either.

The question is, what do you do about it. My solution is nothing. Allow for self determination. Western nations shouldn't be trying to fix the problems.

I don't see anything that we necessarily need to 'fix' militarily. I see perverse incentives and broken systems.

We could certainly be fixing a hell of a lot more of the world, if we weren't spending all of our efforts on blowing parts of it away.

You do not understand what the test measures. It does not measure education level or "impoverishment".

Most of China is impoverished as fuck, and little education provided to most of them, and yet they still score a fairly high average IQ.
